Why does everyday life feel so hard?
Picture this: You feel like you've exhausted every option. You've tried all the apps in the app store, you've spent hundreds of dollars on every planning system you can find, you've even invested in a therapist only to learn that they only want to focus on your emotions and not on practical strategies that help you address the challenges in your every day.
I get it. I have ADHD, too, and I've done all of those things. If you think about it, it's not a big surprise that those solutions didn't work for us. They're one size fits all.
How is coaching different?
Coaching with me means you'll be working with a real person, with real life experiences, who gets you. Every coaching session is unique and I'll work with you to tailor the experience to meet your needs.

We'll set a plan for working together upfront so you'll know what you'll need to do, how long it will take, and what to expect every step of the way. Maybe the story you have been telling yourself is that nothing works and there's no way forward. The good news is that you and you alone get to decide how that story plays out.
In coaching we'll focus on identifying and building your strengths so you can craft the direction your story takes. Together, we move beyond one-size-fits-all solutions to find what actually functions for your unique ADHD brain.
Do any of these sound like you?
Lost Your Footing at Work
You're always running five minutes behind, no matter how early you start. Meetings sneak up on you. You've tried every planner, every app, and somehow you're still always catching up.
Stuck in the Middle
You have a garage full of half-finished projects, each one stalled at almost the exact same point, not finished, not abandoned, just stopped right when it got overwhelming.

Bracing for the Workday
Every day, you panic before you even reach the office. You feel like you have to do more of everything, get in early, stay late, take on more, just to stay ahead of being "found out."
Can't Call It "Done"
You don't know when to call your work "done." Every round of feedback sends you back into another edit. Then one day you realize you're three weeks behind your own deadline.

Meet Your Coach
Hi, I'm Steph Weis, and I was diagnosed with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) ten years ago. Before that time, and frankly even after it, none of it made sense.
What did make the difference for me was actually working with my own ADHD coach. It helped me gain a greater understanding of how my ADHD brain worked.
Outside of coaching I am an IT professional, a mom of two ADHD sons, and a dog mom of a feisty cockapoo named Phoebe. I’ve also been married for almost twenty-five years to my best friend. I also write fiction as Stephanie Keyes, study genealogy, knit (the same scarf over and over), and listen to music. I am obsessed with all things New England (the region) and love cozy mysteries.
